Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Need your lighting a little sooner? Special Rush Orders can often be accommodated. Just reach out, and we'll do our best to help!
EASY 30-DAY RETURNS & FREE EXCHANGE SHIPPING
We want you to absolutely LOVE your new lighting! But sometimes a fixture just isn't quite right for your space, and we completely understand.
That's why we offer easy 30-day returns and FREE return shipping on eligible exchanges!
RETURNS — CHANGED YOUR MIND?
No problem! If your light isn't the perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and carefully packaged for their return journey.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for returns requesting a refund.
- To make things easier, we're happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label using our discounted shipping rates! The cost of the label will simply be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.
No restocking fees on eligible returns received within 30 days!
EXCHANGES — WE'LL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING!
Found another fixture you love even more? Maybe you need a different size, finish, or style?
We'd LOVE to help you find the perfect light, and we'll cover your return shipping when you exchange!
- The Lamp Goods will provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label for eligible exchanges.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- We'll help you select a replacement fixture that works better for your space.
- If your new fixture costs more, you'll simply pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
- One free return shipping label for an exchange is available per original order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
While we take great care in packaging every fixture, we know accidents can occasionally happen during shipping.
If your light arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us! We'll work with you to make it right, including providing replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or a return shipping label when necessary, at no additional cost to you.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
For returns requested after 30 days but within 60 days of purchase, please contact us. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, potentially subject to a restocking fee.
Returns requested more than 60 days after purchase are not accepted unless otherwise required by law.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
- Custom and specially made orders are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees, if applicable, are nonrefundable on change-of-mind returns.
- Please include your order number or a copy of your order inside your return package.
- Before shipping a return, please contact us so we can help coordinate the process.
- If an exchanged item is subsequently returned for a refund, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, as disclosed during the exchange process.
