ONLY 40 AVAILABLE!! These authentic milk glass schoolhouse light shades were carefully salvaged during the renovation of a historic school building constructed in the early 1900s. The school was completed and opened in 1912, and the buildings themselves date to approximately 1915, offering a rare opportunity to own a genuine piece of American educational and architectural history.

Originally installed throughout the school, these shades later remained in place when the property was purchased by the Statler Brothers Gospel Group and used as their headquarters. Roughly 20 years ago, during a major renovation under Grace Christian School’s ownership, the shades were removed and thoughtfully stored in the building’s attic—where they remained preserved until recently rediscovered during preparations to sell the historic property. The glass shades are original milk glass schoolhouse globes, not reproductions. Each piece carries subtle character marks consistent with age, making every shade unique.
